Billie and I spent our day off making Christmas cookies with my bff Sophie. We baked this red velvet sablé with white chocolate frosting recipe (they are delicious!) to offer our friends and family. Making cookies with my mom, grandmom and aunt is one of my most treasured Holiday childhood memories and I'm so glad that Sophie and I made a point of bringing that tradition back. Now I just have to learn how to make donuts the way my grandmother made them... The best!
Food has to be one of the best things about the Holidays, don't you think?
