This week-end it was Saint-Jean-Baptiste here, my province's national holiday. This is the best time of the year because it's the official beginning of Summer and we get two long week-ends in a row because next week is Canada Day. We stayed in Saturday and worked on the final edit of the movie (!!), but made up for it by going on a myriad of outdoors adventures on Sunday. We swam, ate berries, danced around in the sun and were grateful for every second. It was glorious.
Over the week-end, we also watched Exit Through the Gift Shop, Heart of Darkness (a documentary directed by Francis Ford Coppola's wife Eleanor about the production of Apocalypse Now) and Project X.
I love that these pictures are so sunny and bright, totally embodies the mood of Summer that I love SO much. Can't this please last always?
Don't you just love Summer?
