On Our Day Off ★

This week-end we took things really slow and relaxed. We slept in, rode our bikes and skipped on a red carpet event to stay home and watch the last episodes of Breaking Bad. I cooked Italian veggie soup, a Fall favorite, and we went on our traditional apple picking adventure on Île d'Orléans. I found this recipe that I want to try with apples this week. Yummy!

    Sometimes I wish we still had our car so we could go out and do this, I picked up some apples from the fruit stand outside of Mont-Royal metro, I made apple crisp twice this weekend, the cocooning begins!
