One of my favorite family traditions that we started in 2012 is date night sushi picnics. When it comes to dating my husband, he'd be the first one to say I'm really simple. I'm a major homebody and so my ideal these days is picking up our favorite sushis (Hosaka-ya), setting up a picnic in the living room (or the roof top in the summer) and hanging out with Ram and Billie. For our own little Christmas celebration, that's what we decided to do. We also had virgin maple sirup mojitos, Christmas cookies and chocolate mousse (Ramiro's favorite), exchanged gifts and talked about our goals for 2013 while cuddling our puppy. The perfect night in my opinion. As far as I'm concerned, nothing beats spending time with these two. They are pretty awesome. Virginie xo
