Last Night's Movie

Forest Gump, a Robert Zemekis movie.

I hadn't seen this movie since it came out in 1994 but I decided to give it a second go when I realized that it won the Academy Award for Best Picture against Pulp Fiction. Being the biggest Tarantino fan I thought: what could possibly be better than Pulp Fiction?

But after seeing it again I totally understand the Academy and recognize that this is a perfect film with a deep level of humanity. It really touched me and inspired me and I loved watching it. 

And yet Pulp Fiction scores higher on IMDB; everybody wins ;)
