Last Night's Movie: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly ★

Did you know that this is Quentin Tarantino's absolute most favorite film of all times? It's a cult classic too in a lot of ways, and by watching it you can really tell it inspired Tarantino but also Robert Rodriguez and so many other filmmakers. Something about the humor, the music and the pace. But also the fact that there is no moral jugement on the characters and that, in the end, there are no good characters in their movies.

I am always amazed by the beauty of the images, the fabulosity of the frame rates and the uncanny acting. And of course my heart will always belong to Ennio Moricone, who creates movie music layers and themes like nobody's business.

A majorly influential masterpiece that every cinephile should watch, again and again I'd say...
