This week-end, Ramiro and I went on a little adventure in Baie-Saint-Paul, a small town North of Québec city. It was totally unplanned, we decided to just drive and see what we found when we got there. Out of all the things I expected to find in Baie-Saint-Paul, I never thought the road would lead us to a sanded, salt water beach. I was like walking right into a dream.
We explored the dock, swam in the waves and walked around barefoot all day. It was so peaceful and beautiful, it felt completely surreal. We discovered hidden spots and a huge shipwreck. We could have sworn we were in the Barbados (with pine trees instead of palm trees).
I'm always up for an adventure and this just proves that sometimes you just have to take a chance and go with it! You might discover something that will become part of your life or create a lasting memory. One thing is for sure: nature is the most beautiful gift and makes for one amazing playground.
I am starting this week with a heart full of sunshine and happiness, I hope you are too!
Have a great day everyone!
