Happy Monday everyone! How was week-end? Good?
Mine was very artful! Friday night was girls night out with some amazing ladies in the art scene! It was very inspiring and a blast for sure! Then I spent Saturday trolling around the city with Sophie, catching up and bringing our friend Andrew a book he had lent me about Photography Icons. We stoped to take my outfit pic in front of an art gallery and it seemed fitted really.
We ran into Dominic Fournier, a very inspiring local musician (from band Who Are You) whom I did a video with last year (while wearing the exact same skirt). Did I ever tell you that before we started making videos together Sophie and I worked as director and host of a daily cultural radio show? We did, 5 days a week! Dominic and his band were one of our favorite guest performers ever! One of my best radio moments for sure. He's so cool, and was wearing the perfect Indian Summer outfit too, so I just had to feature him on the blog! Say hello :)
I on the other hand went with tights even thought it was just a little too hot. This skirt is frankly too short to wear with bare legs at my honorable age. This outfits has been like my uniform lately, definitely my go to. The loose chambray, vintage boots and pretty coloured tights say perfect early Autumn to me. Also has a little 90's nerd feel to it, which I like a lot!
I also worked on a little blog re-model this week-end, you like? It's not done yet but I feel good about it!
Let's take this week by the horns and make it really inspiring and productive, shall we?
