Legends of the Fall, a Edward Zwick movie.
I hadn't seen this movie since I was a teenager and back then it would make my heart beat soooo hard! I was scared that as an adult I might find it a litte, hum, cheesy, but I was so wrong!
It is such a good movie! The story is really well written, the sets and photography are breath taking and it made me feel so many emotions! It's such a grandiose movie and the costumes are fabulous too. I loooved all the leather strings used in braids and pony tails, the lace and the long long hair.
Of course: this is the movie that announced Brad Pitt to the world as a superstar! Check out the way 90's yet still epic trailer:

The trailer got me all warmed up for this movie! I haven't seen it yet, but if I find it in the library, I'll certainly rent it! x

ReplyDeleteYes! I love that movie! Have you ever seen A River Runs Through It? In a way I feel it's similar and that's my favorite Brad Pitt movie.
