Day Off ★

This week I had an impromptu day off from movie making when Ramiro got sick and we had to hold production for a day. I have been totally unable to wear skirts on set because half the time I am transporting equipement or sitting on the floor and have to wear sturdy pants. I was excited to have a day off, do my hair, put a little make up on and wear my favorite skirt. It made me feel like me again and yet it was such a simple outfit too. That day one of my cast member made dinner for us to give me a little break, so it must have been a lucky outfit! Sweet gestures like cooking me a meal really mean so much to me, it's the little daily things that create our happiness! Thanks Junior!
We will be on set all week-end and then will drive down to Montreal on Monday, where the rest of the movie shoot will take place. We have 10 days left on set, I'm excited to change location and get on a new vibe going! It's been nothing but the greatest of blessings so far...

Have the best week-end my friends!

  5. this outfit is really pretty. i like the proportions of everything. fits great and your figure looks great! i know what you mean about being able to feel a bit more like yourself when you have the option to choose what to wear, especially if you are a person who tends to dress up more. i had a job last year that literally forced me to dress casually and wear either sturdy pants or shorts every day, and as funny as it sounds, i felt a bit "lost" bcos each day i looked in the mirror, i was dressed like someone completely not myself. good luck with the end of shooting too!
