Behind The Scenes

As you know, we did a little photo shoot on our photographer friend Elisabeth's roof this week-end. I had also asked our friend Andrew to come along as he recently got interested in photography and I thought it would be great to have "behind the scenes" pictures. I'm the type of girl that documents everything! And Elisabeth has the prettiest style (ever) and so we like to have pictures of her working too :)
These totally fit my thinking outside the box resolution. They have so much movement and the over exposition kind of captures how cold it was. They have emotional depth and for that I love them SO!

Do you like uncanny photography too?

  1. I really love the one with the hair in both your faces - adorable. You ladies both look fantastic, but how on earth do you manage a minidress in those temperatures you crazy thing you?!

  2. Our theme was Summer so I was really trying to suck it up, Sophie kept repeating "I'm not taking off my coat!" and I was like "I love you, but you ARE taking your coat off". I was trying to lead by example, but we were really only able to be without coats for like 4 minutes (during which a neighbour came up to complain that we shouldn't be on the roof so we lost a good minute of possible picture taken).

Lesson learned: faking Summer is no fun!
